What does the Demodesk Slack app do exactly?
It posts call summaries, coaching scorecards, and agent alerts to your channels. It runs slash commands so you can query any past call from Slack. And it triggers automations on call end, deal stage change, or a schedule you set.
Which channels can it post to?
Any public channel. Plus private channels you invite the app to. Workspace admins set the defaults, individual users pick their own for personal alerts.
Can agents send messages on my behalf?
Agents post as the Demodesk app, never as you. Every message is labeled with the agent name and trigger, so your team always knows where it came from.
How do I disconnect Slack from Demodesk?
Settings, Integrations, Slack, Disconnect. Two clicks. The app is removed from your workspace and posting stops immediately.
Does it work with Slack Enterprise Grid?
Yes. Install per workspace or org-wide. SSO and SCIM supported. Permissions inherit from your Demodesk roles.
